Why are branding and design important?

Do I get to be involved in the project?
We love working closely with our clients. We actually consider our clients partners. We want you to feel completely comfortable expressing your opinion. The last thing we want to happen is we start a small project, you pay us and we never hear from you again. We are heavily reliant on your input and opinions throughout our process to ensure the project is completed in a timely manner.
What if I hate the result?
Luckily for you, we have never gotten to the end of a project and heard "I hate this" and your very involved along the way so any hiccups will get taken care of along the way. Expressing your concerns or ideas early on in the project is better for the both of us to ensure we are both on the same page.
